Job summary

• Relevant experience in legal, compliance and operations.
• Team player with good project management skills, able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Proficient in using and learning technology, systems and databases.
• Self-starter with a proven ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with fund managers, transition managers, custodians and internal stakeholders to ensure timeliness in onboarding and terminating investment mandates, and in transferring between accounts.
• Review and negotiate contracts with fund managers and other service providers, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance system functionalities and resolve technical issues.
• Assist portfolio managers in performance reporting, fee payments and knowledge management.
• Manage procurement processes and searches for external advisory partners.
