Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law from a reputable university.
• At least 10 years' progressive legal experience in listed companies or top corporate law firms.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and capital market regulations.
• Experience with RUPS/GMS, disclosures, and complex corporate actions.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate legal and capital market compliance in Indonesia.
• Manage disclosures, material transactions, and related-party transactions.
• Prepare documentation for annual and extraordinary general meetings.
• Provide legal support for corporate actions and governance.
• Draft and negotiate contracts in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin.
• Maintain templates, documentation, and contract databases.
• Advise management on regulatory developments and risk.
• Coordinate with overseas HQ and external counsel as needed.
• Handle industrial relations and dispute management when required.
