Job summary

AEON Credit Service Indonesia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to lead risk initiatives in Jakarta, developing metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance across the company.

You will organize governance calendars, advise on new product plans, monitor the RCSA and risk profile, and drive improvements to align with evolving financial regulations and AML/CFT requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business & Management, Law, or Mathematics.
• Minimum 3 years in Enterprise Risk Management in financial services or banking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and networking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
• Broad knowledge of regulations in the Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor governance calendar for regulatory reports and trainings.
• Act as Risk Management advisor on new product plans.
• Monitor the Company Risk Register (RCSA), Risk Profile and FRS.
• Create gap analyses for new regulations and plan improvements.
• Socialize new regulations to business units.
• PIC AML/CFT initiatives and reporting for BOD/BOC.
• Monitor customer transactions and payment profiles based on data.

Job description

Job Function :

Responsible for all the enterprise risk management initiatives, include the development, implementation and application of risk metrics and methodologies also the monitoring all Company risk as well as ensuring the compliances with all the regulation both from holding and or regulator.

Responsibilities :

1. Organize and monitoring the execution of governance calendar in terms of regulatory report (regular and or adhoc); mandatory training related to Risk Management; Committee Meeting related to Risk Management and Compliance


2. Actively involve as Risk Management advisor on New Product Plan/ Initiatives


3. Ensure and monitoring the execution of Company Risk Register (RCSA); Risk Profile and FRS.


4. Creating gap analysis on new published regulations and do planning for improvement action in order to comply with new regulations.


5. Conduct socialization to all respective Business Units for new regulations.


6. As an PIC AML/CFT and conduct all the intiatives programme related AML/CFT also creating a report for BOD/BOC.


7. Monitoring customer transaction and payment profile based on data.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree preference from Engineer; Business & Management; Law; Math


• Min. Experience 3 years on Enterprise Risk Management role in midle management at Financial Services or Banking Industry


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good leadership skill and networking.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software


• Broad knowledge on regulation related to the Financial Services Industry.
