Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk in Surabaya is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Officer to maintain stock accuracy, manage catalog records, and process ERP goods receipts. You will work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with 0–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. A Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred; strong Excel and ERP familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–3 years in inventory control or warehouse ops.
• Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, stock planning, and lead times.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or inventory software.
• Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels to ensure material readiness for procurement demands.
• Oversee registration and data standardization of catalogue items.
• Execute Goods Receipt transactions in the ERP system with proper verification.
• Coordinate with warehouse suppliers to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
• Analyze consumption, lead times, and safety stock to mitigate stockouts.
• Evaluate excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory to minimize waste.
