Job summary

PT Southern Tristar is seeking an Inventory Planning & Warehouse Control Staff for the Cikarang Factory, reporting to the Supply Chain Lead with coordination with the Warehouse Coordinator. The role covers demand planning, inventory management, warehouse oversight, and cost tracking across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in related fields.
• Up to 5 years of experience.
• ERP Inventory knowledge.
• Willing to work on-site at the warehouse.
• Located within/near the work location or willing to relocate.
• Detail-oriented and structured with large volumes of data.
• Strong cross-functional communication with warehouse, purchasing, production, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand planning and raw material order planning.
• Develop and maintain Inventory Dashboard Reports to monitor stock levels, material usage, and inventory performance.
• Conduct regular stock take and prepare reconciliation and variance reports.
• Oversee warehouse management operations and coordinate with PIC Warehouse, inbound/outbound processes.
• Monitor and check stock on hand for each project against timelines and requirements.
• Develop and maintain Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) including raw material, production and overhead.
• Prepare and monitor project costing overview, including budgeting and costing analysis.
• Record and monitor material usage per project and allocate in the ERP system.
• Ensure item code alignment between PO and Job Costing modules.
