Qualifications

• Able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience using Lark and other AI tools to create tracking tables, project tracking systems, or simple systems is preferred.
• Candidates with a background in data processing, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track stock movement at the HQ warehouse, including monthly stock verification.
• Maintain and update inventory records and documentation.
• Handle and track SPP and AWB-related documents and information.
• Monitor and maintain fixed asset (FA) records across assigned areas.
• Support daily logistics and operational activities.
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant teams to ensure tasks and projects are completed properly.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.
