Job summary

JJ PROMOTION is seeking an Admin Finance & Accounting specialist focused on Stock & Inventory management in Surabaya. You will handle stock reconciliations, value inventory, and manage cost of goods sold while coordinating with finance, warehouse, and logistics teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in finance/accounting with inventory exposure, strong English communication, and advanced Excel skills. ERP systems experience is essential for accurate reporting and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting with direct involvement in inventory/stock management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with ability to communicate, read transaction documents, and prepare reports and emails in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at intermediate to advanced level (PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SumIFS, Data Validation).
• Experience operating ERP/Accounting systems such as Accurate, MYOB, SAP, Odoo, or similar.
• Understanding of accounting journal entry recording, cash flow management, invoice creation, and AP/AR processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in matching financial report figures with physical inventory data.
• Strong integrity and commitment to transparent recording of company assets and inventory.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across divisions, particularly with Warehouse/Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stock opname, daily/monthly stock reconciliation, and evaluation of stock discrepancies.
• Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) and manage inventory valuation.
• Operate ERP/Accounting systems (such as Accurate, MYOB, SAP, Odoo, or similar).
• Perform journal entry recording, petty cash management, invoice creation, and accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) processing.
• Reconcile financial reports with physical inventory data in the warehouse.
• Track and investigate stock discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales teams on inventory and financial matters.
• Prepare financial reports and communications in English.
