Job summary

adidas Indonesia is seeking an Allocator Specialist to ensure optimal product allocation across the retail store network. You will monitor store-level inventory, identify allocation opportunities, and execute replenishment aligned with business priorities and demand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years of experience in allocation, merchandise planning, or inventory management within fashion, sportswear, FMCG, or multi-store retail environments.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate sales and inventory data into actions.
• Experience with allocation, merchandise planning, or inventory management in retail or consumer business.

Responsibilities

• Allocate products across the store network based on sales performance, capacity, and availability.
• Ensure new products and seasonal launches are allocated per assortment plans and launch strategies.
• Monitor stock levels, identify overstock/understock risks, and execute replenishment activities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail Ops, Supply Chain, and store teams to align stock with commercial targets.
• Prepare regular reports on allocation performance, inventory health, and key trading indicators.
