Job summary

PT. ADIDAS INDONESIA's adidas Retail Indonesia in Jakarta is hiring for Daily Workers to support store operations and stock handling.

You will help keep the store organized, well-stocked, and ready to deliver a great shopping experience; responsibilities include receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, maintaining the stockroom, and assisting with opening/closing routines. Shifts include weekends and public holidays; you will work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ yr of retail experience is an advantage
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock deliveries.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure products are displayed according to store standards.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure accurate and efficient stock handling.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock movements, and replenishment activities.
• Support store opening and closing routines, including housekeeping and operational checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across both the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Assist the store team with operational tasks during peak trading periods.
• Follow all company operational procedures, safety guidelines, and loss prevention standards.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
