Job summary

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Internship, project, or lab experience in network support is a plus.
• Basic understanding of OSI Layer communication and TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Familiarity with network devices such as MikroTik and enterprise switches is a plus.
• MTCNA or CCNA certification is a plus.
• Eager to learn and willing to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and maintaining the Core and Distribution network to support maximum uptime and performance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining network devices, including responding to alarms from the Network Monitoring System (NMS) and internal alerts, under supervision.
• Assist in deploying and configuring network hardware and provisioning new connections for infrastructure expansions and enterprise customers.
• Document daily operations and help prepare incident reports based on resolved tickets.
