• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Communication Science, Public Relations, Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting/Film & Television, Marketing Communication, or Journalism
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in corporate communication, PR, or social media will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong, relevant portfolio are highly encouraged to apply
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software)
• Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Highly proactive with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

• Join Emtek's Corporate Communication team and become part of the driving force behind the story, image, and presence of one of Indonesia's largest media and entertainment groups. This role is ideal for a creative individual who enjoys turning ideas into impactful visual content, while also being able to organize corporate-scale events with precision and professionalism.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Design and produce engaging visual content and short-form video edits to strengthen digital presence and storytelling across Emtek's corporate social media channels; Develop creative content concepts that align with the company's brand identity and tone of voice.
• Events & Publications: Plan, organize, and execute internal and external corporate events, from concept development through on-the-ground execution; Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and leave a positive impression.
• Corporate Communication Support: Support the implementation of group-wide internal communication strategies to ensure information is effectively delivered across all business units; Contribute to PR campaigns and corporate messaging to maintain and strengthen the company's public image
