Job summary

McEasy seeks an Internal Audit Supervisor to lead quality assurance and control across its operations. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining product quality standards, and driving end-to-end quality with IoT and service teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in QA/QC, ISO 27001, audits, and CAPA, with a proven ability to develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement in a tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in QA, QC, PM, BA, or related roles, preferably in tech/IoT/product environments.
• Strong understanding of quality management, compliance standards, and certification processes.
• Experience in audit, risk assessment, CAPA, and quality issue resolution.
• Proficiency in SOP development and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company's QA and QC functions.
• Lead ISO 27001 certification, implementation, and maintenance.
• Develop, review, and implement SOPs and quality standards across processes.
• Establish product quality standards and ensure QC processes are followed.
• Collaborate with IoT and Service teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
• Conduct RCA and ensure CAPA actions are implemented.
• Perform internal audits, monitor quality KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

What will you do?

• Manage and develop the company's Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions.
• Lead the implementation, certification, and maintenance of relevant compliance standards, including ISO 27001.
• Develop, review, and ensure the implementation of SOPs and quality standards across business processes.
• Establish product quality standards and ensure that inspection and quality control processes are consistently implemented.
• Collaborate with the IoT and Service teams to ensure end-to-end product quality.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on quality findings and ensure the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal audits, monitor quality KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related roles, preferably in a technology, hardware, IoT, or product-based environment.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in quality management, compliance standards, and certification processes, with knowledge of ISO 27001 or other relevant standards being an advantage.
• Experience in Quality Control (QC), Product Quality Assurance, audit, and risk assessment, including identifying quality issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Proficiency in SOP development, process improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to anticipate potential issues, proactively address risks, and drive sustainable improvements.
