McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations, is looking for an Operational Data QC Specialist to join our growing team. If you are a keen learner, self-driven, and eager to help cross-functional teams improve data quality, we want to hear from you.

You will ensure data quality in operational systems, validate data before use, and support SOP compliance and data-driven improvements across Operations, Billing, and Tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/Statistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of data quality experience or related field.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy mindset.
• Mandatory: Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with data validation and data cleaning processes.
• Strong analytical thinking incl. basic RCA.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data in operational systems.
• Monitor and control data discrepancies and anomalies.
• Perform data validation before data is used in business operations.
• Identify data issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs related to data management.
• Prepare and ensure BAST documents before invoicing.
• Compile reports and provide feedback for data quality improvements.
