Job summary

PT AIG Insurance Indonesia is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to drive the execution of the audit plan and ensure engagements adhere to policies and procedures. You will develop audit plans from risk assessments and report findings to the Audit Committee for review and approval.

The role requires monitoring of risk profile changes and clear communication with Audit Committee and Senior Management, while upholding IA methodologies and independence as an Individual Contributor.

Qualifications

• Proven internal audit track record; however, applicants with other relevant professional experience are welcome.
• Insurance background is advantageous.
• Demonstrate analytical skills and critical thinking.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the audit plan and ensure engagements follow AIG policies and procedures.
• Develop audit plans based on risk assessment results and report to the Audit Committee for review and approval.
• Monitor changes in AIG’s risk profile and communicate impact to Audit Committee and Senior Management; track corrective actions.
