Job summary

PT Lautan Luas Tbk seeks an experienced Internal Auditor to strengthen risk controls and governance across operations and finance. You will apply a structured audit approach to improve process effectiveness, reliability of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years in internal audit, solid COSO knowledge and English proficiency, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields. Indonesian market is assumed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting with GPA min 3.0.
• Min. 3 years experience in corporate internal audit or internal audit consulting, preferably with an accounting firm background.
• Strong understanding of COSO and risk management.
• Good analytical thinking and mind mapping abilities.
• Able to speak English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform the full audit cycle including business process mapping, risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with directives and regulations.
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documents, reports, data and flowcharts and ensure auditee understanding before fieldwork.
• Implement the annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Document audit processes and prepare audit findings memorandum.
• Provide strategic audit recommendations and conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions.
