Job summary

Cermati.com, a fintech leader in Indonesia, seeks a Senior Internal Auditor to strengthen our risk and controls framework. This role covers end-to-end audits across head office and operations, ensuring SOPs and a robust compliance culture while engaging with regulators and partners.

You will collaborate with the risk management team, manage misconduct cases, and report findings to senior management. CIA/CISA certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal audit and/or risk and controls experience in fintech or financial institutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of internal audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Create the audit framework plan and perform the audit execution.
• Ensure internal audit activities are completed timely and per industry standards and regulatory environment.
• Manage misconduct cases, remediation actions, and improvement programs.
• Collaborate with diverse businesses and stakeholders to identify and implement compliance improvements.
• Partner with risk management to continually improve the comprehensive risk management framework.
• Create periodic reports on audit results and improvements for senior management.
