Join Cermati Fintech Group as an Internal Audit professional based in Jakarta. You will lead end-to-end audits across the head office and operations, ensuring regulatory alignment and strong governance frameworks. You will drive improvements, develop procedures, and report findings to senior management.

You should have 5+ years in internal audit or risk and controls, with fintech exposure, excellent communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders. CIA/CISA certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or risk and controls, with fintech or financial institution background.
• Incredibly organised and able to prioritise workload, resilient and calm under pressure.
• Excellent end-to-end understanding of internal audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders.
• Good understanding of corporate compliance and good corporate governance practices.
• Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
• CIA or CISA or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with financial regulatory authorities (OJK, BI, Bappebti) is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Create the audit framework plan and perform the audit execution.
• Ensure internal audit activities are completed timely and in line with industry standards and regulatory environment.
• Manage misconduct cases, including remediation actions and improvement programs.
• Collaborate with diverse businesses to identify enhancements in compliance processes and drive system/process improvements.
• Partner with risk management to improve the comprehensive risk management framework.
• Create periodic reports on audit results and improvement suggestions to senior management.
