Job summary

The role requires deep knowledge of internal audit practices, governance and regulatory frameworks.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in internal audit or risk controls within fintech or financial institutions, is highly organized, and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal audit and/or risk controls experience, fintech or financial institution background.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
• End-to-end understanding of internal audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of corporate compliance and governance practices.
• Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
• Canditates with CIA or CISA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge/experience with financial regulators (OJK, BI, Bappebti) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create the audit framework plan and perform the audit execution.
• Ensure internal audit activities meet standards and regulatory environment.
• Manage misconduct cases, remediation actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with diverse businesses to improve compliance processes and drive changes.
• Partner with risk management to improve the overall risk framework.
• Create periodic reports on audit results and improvement suggestions to senior management.
