Schneider Electric Indonesia is offering an internship for engineering students to design and optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will work within a global team under the New Ways of Working framework and gain hands-on experience in production systems.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering programs, with strong AutoCAD, MTM, and MS Office skills, good English, and a willingness to be based

Qualifikationen

• Active Bachelor Degree or Diploma student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, LADM, MTM, Microsoft Office applications, Gerber software.
• Analytical with a keen eye for detail.
• Customer service oriented with quality focus.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement manufacturing processes considering safety, quality, and production system principles.
• Monitor plant productivity and solve problems as they occur.
• Prepare and present motion-time analysis and productivity reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to process limits and human interfaces.

What will you do:

• Design and implement reliable, flexible and balanced manufacturing processes while taking into account the safety requirements, product quality and in accordance with our production system’s principles.
• Monitor productivity of the plant and solve problems when they occur.
• Prepare and present motion‑time analysis and productivity reports.
• Identify, analyze and implement improvements to the technical limits and human interfaces of the manufacturing processes

What qualifications will make you successful:

• Active Bachelor Degree or Diploma student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in AutoCAD, LADM, MTM, Microsoft Office applications, Gerber software.
