Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an active Electrical Engineering student for a Project Coordinator Intern role in Jakarta. You will assist project managers with planning, execution, and closure, track milestones, coordinate meetings, and support governance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will maintain project documentation, compile status reports, and help with audits and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP/SharePoint are advantageous; hybrid work is offered.

• Active students (D3/D4/S1, max 8th semester) from Electrical Engineering major.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience preferred.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; basic understanding of project management methodologies.

The Project Coordinator Intern provides administrative, coordination, and documentation support to project managers and project teams. The role ensures that projects run smoothly by maintaining schedules, tracking documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting governance and reporting processes throughout the project lifecycle.

What will you do:

• Project Coordination & Administration
  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Support communication between project team members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related administrative queries
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, meeting minutes)
  • Ensure project records are accurate, up to date, and stored according to governance standards
  • Compile regular project status reports for stakeholders and management
  • Support audits, compliance, and project assurance activities
  • Maintain project data in project management tools (e.g., SAP)

• Active students (D3/D4/S1, max 8th semester) from Electrical Engineering major.

• Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience preferred;
  • Familiar with AutoCAD
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
  • Experience with project tracking and reporting tools
