Job summary

WithMi Automation invites a motivated marketing student or recent graduate to join our team and help run paid and organic performance campaigns. You will learn by applying Meta Ads Manager, tracking results, and recommending next steps to improve CTR and ROAS.

You'll collaborate with content and analytics to optimize creatives, copy, and audience targeting, while maintaining UTM and pixel tracking and delivering weekly actionable reports.

Qualifications

• Active student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager at any scale (freelance, campus project, personal brand).
• Understands core metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPL.
• Analytical and comfortable opening a spreadsheet to interpret data.
• Proactive—doesn't wait to be told twice.

Help run paid and organic performance campaigns for WithMi Automation & WithMi Academy - from setting up Meta Ads to reading the results and deciding what to do next.

You'll be part of WithMi's marketing team, helping run and optimize paid and organic performance campaigns. We don't just need someone who makes pretty content. We need someone who can read numbers, iterate fast, and not spiral when CTR tanks.

What you'll do

• Set up, run, and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for WithMi Automation and WithMi Academy.
• Analyze campaign performance (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and audience targeting.

Requirements

• Active student or fresh graduate - Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager - even at a small scale: freelance, campus project, personal brand. You just need to have actually touched the dashboard.
• Understands core metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPL.
• Analytical - comfortable opening a spreadsheet and making sense of the numbers.
• Proactive - doesn't wait to be told twice.
• Can use Canva or basic design tools for minor creative iterations.

Nice to have

• Has run campaigns for digital products, education, or SaaS.
• Familiar with funnel structure (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
• Has a portfolio - screenshots, results, anything that shows the work.
