Job summary

Jabil is seeking an IT Support professional to assist end users, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, and maintain computer systems and applications. You will manage service desk tickets, escalate complex problems, and help deploy new software and hardware while delivering training and best practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT colleagues to continuously improve service delivery, with a focus on responsiveness and accurate documentation.
