Longetiv Digital Hub is seeking a Digital Specialist Intern to join a fast-paced agency environment in Indonesia. This 3-month fast-track internship offers hands-on experience across paid campaigns and social media, with a direct-track to a permanent full-time role for high performers.

You'll work on planning, optimizing ads, analyzing performance, and collaborating with designers and copywriters, while building a real portfolio and learning how to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Final-year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Bootcamp graduates with a strong portfolio in Digital/Performance Marketing are welcome.
• Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social analytics tools.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
• Strong client-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple brands.

Responsabilités

• Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Support daily organic social media execution, including content ideation and scheduling.
• Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and report insights.
• Collaborate with Creative Team to ensure high-converting ad creatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research for client brands.

About Us: Longetiv Digital Hub is a fast-paced, strategic, and ever-growing creative agency. We help brands and clients execute impactful digital campaigns. We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Digital Specialist Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and drive real business results for our clients.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Support daily organic social media execution, including content ideation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) to provide actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Team (Graphic Designers & Copywriters) to ensure ad creatives are engaging and high-converting.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities for various client brands.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Final-year students or fresh graduates (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields).
• Bootcamp graduates (e.g., RevoU, MySkill) with a strong portfolio in Digital/Performance Marketing are highly welcome to apply!
• Basic understanding or hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Highly proactive, adaptable, and possesses a strong "client-oriented" mindset to thrive in a dynamic agency environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/brands simultaneously.

• Direct-Track to Full-Time: This is a 3-month evaluation program. High-performing interns who adapt well to our agency pace will be directly offered a permanent, full-rate position at the end of the program!
• Strategic Hybrid Setup: We implement Work From Home (WFH) every Monday to build weekly momentum and focus on individual tasks, followed by WFO for the rest of the week for maximum team collaboration.
• Fixed Monthly Allowance: Rp 1.500.000 per month during the internship period.
• Hands-on experience managing real advertising budgets and building a robust portfolio with real-world client campaigns.
