What You'll Do

As an Ad Operations Intern, you'll work alongside experienced digital marketers to:

• Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, and other advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Support campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and creative implementation.
• Prepare campaign reports and turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to execute client requirements.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform best practices.

What We're Looking For

Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related fields are a plus).

• Strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Shopee Ads is an advantage.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Jakarta and available for a hybrid working arrangement.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
