Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a motivated entry-level digital marketing trainee in Jakarta. You will support the team in managing campaigns, preparing data, and generating basic reports while learning about platform-specific best practices.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team in managing digital campaigns, including monitoring, data preparation, reporting, and basic analysis.
• Monitoring campaign performance and tracking key metrics such as impressions, clicks, views, and conversions.
• Assisting with campaign budget planning and performance reporting.
• Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Staying updated with digital marketing trends and learning about new advertising platforms and practices.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Final-year university students or fresh graduates from any major.
• Basic understanding of social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and Google Search Ads.
• Familiarity with basic paid media metrics such as impressions, clicks, views, and conversions.
• Good planning mindset, especially for budget and campaign planning.
• Interest and enthusiasm for learning digital marketing.
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work well with a team.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.

• Completion of a digital marketing bootcamp or course (e.g., RevoU, Purwadhika, MySkill, HariSenin) is a plus.
• Experience working on digital marketing projects through bootcamp, university, or personal projects is advantageous.
