Contribute your expertise at MOIE! Responsibilities include preparing design presentations, technical drawings, and working drawings, developing furniture layouts and space planning, creating 3D models and renderings, and preparing FF&E specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture; minimum 2 years of interior design experience; fresh graduates with strong portfolios encouraged.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, and rendering software such as Corona Renderer or V-Ray.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about interior design, furniture, and luxury lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design presentations, technical drawings, and working drawings.
• Develop furniture layouts and space planning based on clients' needs.
• Create 3D models and renderings.
• Prepare FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge related to furniture, lighting, kitchens, wardrobes, and other built-in products.
• Support the entire presentation process, from preparation through client meetings.
