Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an experienced professional to lead day-to-day execution of Business Ethics & Integrity and Forensic Audit functions. The role focuses on anti-fraud, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption initiatives, including risk assessments, conflict of interest, gifts, donations, and sponsorship controls, under the guidance of the Business Ethics and Integrity Manager.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience as an Auditor, Investigator, Compliance, or related field.
• Familiar with accounting principles, corporate governance, ISO37001, whistleblowing systems (ISO37002), data analytics, fact-finding investigations or similar tasks.
• Knowledge of international anti-bribery/corruption regulations like the FCPA, UK Bribery Act.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and monitor Fraud Risk Assessment and Bribery Risk Assessment with regular updates to Head of Forensic and Investigation.
• Embed FRA into existing ERM.
• Executes day-to-day ABMS and anti-fraud initiatives.
• Maintain Whistleblowing channel and timely reporting of monitoring results.
• Promote awareness through training and socialization to employees and third parties.
• Lead fact-finding investigations on reported allegations and ensure timely, accurate completion.
