Zusammenfassung

PetroSea is seeking a Business Ethics and Integrity Specialist to support the BEI function, including ABMS implementation and day-to-day compliance monitoring. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of integrity across our operations.

Minimum 2–3 years in internal audit, ethics/compliance, or anti-fraud roles is required, with familiarity in ABMS and data analytics. English proficiency is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in internal auditing, ethics/compliance, anti-fraud, or investigations.
• Experience with ABMS, WBS-handling, or similar areas is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analytics (Excel/SQL/PowerBI) to identify trends.

Aufgaben

• Support implementation and monitoring of Anti-Fraud and Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS).
• Conduct integrity monitoring and assist in identifying fraud/bribery risks and anomalies.
• Timely identification of risk findings and documentation of cases.
