Job summary

Zurich 56 Company Ltd in Batam is seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales professional who will sell on the phone and via email, identify customer needs, and contribute to product and process improvements.

You will handle quotes with accuracy, maintain data in systems, support campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience. Experience in general insurance and a customer‑facing background are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells the organization’s propositions to new and existing clients while ensuring the customer experience.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues and oversees service delivery across process stages (e.g., claims, invoicing).
• Identifies customer needs and cross-sells additional offerings to existing clients.
• Ensures quotations are issued promptly and accurately, maintaining data integrity in relevant systems.
• Supports marketing campaigns and collaborates with other units on product/service/process enhancements.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

Sells the organization\'s propositions to new and existing clients. Acts as the customers point of entry into the Zurich organization takes responsibility for the customer experience with Zurich, resolving and or escalating their issues and keeping oversight of service delivery to the customer to ensure service expectations are fulfilled at all stages of the process (e.g. claims, invoicing).Shows good understanding of the customer needs and applies advanced customer interaction skills. Identifies customer needs and advises on propositions suggests additional offerings to existing clients (crossselling).Makes sure that quotations are issued (eventually with the help of a customer service team) promptly and in an accurate manner maintains data integrity within relevant systems.Shows expected sales behavior while fully adhering to local organization standards and processes.Supports specific marketing campaigns provides input and actively contributes to the enhancement of the organization\'s products, services and processes.Works closely with other organizational units, provides training and participates in projects as appropriate.
