Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an Insurance Administration professional to oversee comprehensive insurance management across the company group, including asset and shipment insurance, marine cargo, and claims handling.

You'll coordinate renewals, verify data, adjust coverage, and maintain documentation and reporting while coordinating with brokers, sites, and finance to ensure continuous protection and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating renewal processes for insurance across multiple entities.
• Proficiency in maintaining asset data accuracy in internal systems.
• Ability to adjust coverage values to prevent under-/over-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewal processes for heavy equipment and vehicle insurance.
• Ensure insured asset data is accurate and up to date in internal systems.
• Adjust coverage values to prevent under-insured or over-insured situations.
• Manage coal shipment insurance and marine cargo insurance for assets.
• Coordinate with brokers and operational teams on shipment details.
• Verify coverage values match goods values and ensure documentation completeness.
• Receive incident reports and notify brokers within policy timeframes.
• Coordinate with brokers, sites, purchasing, leasing, and finance during claims processes.
• Ensure completeness of claim documentation (photos, incident reports, survey reports, loss estimates, and accident-related documents).
• Monitor claims until payment or completion of accident unit repairs.
• Prepare regular policy and claims status reports.
• Document all policies and endorsements in physical and digital formats.
• Provide updates to supervisors and relevant sites on claims progress and issues.
• Receive and verify premium debit notes and invoices (value, period, object, billing entity).
• Separate invoices by entity and submit to Finance with supporting documents.
• Monitor payment due dates to prevent policy cancellation or guarantee forfeiture.
