Responsibilities

• Sells the organization's propositions to new and existing clients.
• Acts as the customers point of entry into Zurich, managing the customer experience across processes.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues and ensures service delivery is fulfilled at all stages (e.g., claims, invoicing).
• Identifies customer needs and advises on propositions; cross-sells when appropriate.
• Ensures quotations are issued promptly and accurately; maintains data integrity in systems.
• Supports marketing campaigns and collaborates with other units on product improvements.
