Job summary

You will support administrative tasks, update client and insurance data, and ensure documents are organized according to agreed terms. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot) and good communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment where teamwork or independent work is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field which requires logical and creative thinking.
• Strong administration and problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Ms. Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot, etc)
• Minimum 1 year data management experience or equivalents in insurance company or insurance brokerage
• Good communication skills for business purposes
• Work well either in team or individually
• Able to work underpressure and fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Keeping the closing file related to the other provisions agreed upon at the start
• Update participant data received from clients and insurance
• Check the card according to the data submitted
• Checking invoice in accordance with the initial agreement
• Make arrangements for the guidebook of insurance to be sent to clients
• Coordinating with clients and insurance partner regularly
• Filling documents in correct order
