Candidates should have at least 15 years in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Teknik Elektro, be able to work 24/7 shifts, and be willing to be on call.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Teknik Elektro required.
• Minimum 15 years of manufacturing experience in electrical/instrumentation.
• Age up to 45 years old.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Willing to work 24/7 shifts and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain instrumentation activities for field instruments and control systems.
• Involve in planning and executing modifications, upgrades, and projects.
• Coordinate, plan, schedule and implement maintenance programs (PM, CM, BM, SDM).
• Coordinate all instrument engineers and technicians (general and full shifts).
• Coordinate with procurement for indent material (PR, PO) and review specifications.
• Monitor calibration activities and maintain data records in a database.
• Supervise contractor work and ensure adherence to standards.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Instrument SEnior Managerto join our client's team in Purwakarta, West Java.

Job Summary :

• Managing and maintaining instrumentation activities Field Instrument and Control System
• Involve in plan and execution for modification, upgrade, and projects
• Coordinate, plan, schedule and implement maintenance program (PM, CM, BM, SDM)
• Coordinate all instrument engineer and technician work (general shift, full shift)
• Coordinate with purchase team for indent material (PR, PO) and review the specification
• Monitoring calibration activities and put in the record as data base
• Coordinate and supervise work by contractor and make sure there is no standard deviation

Requirements :

• Minimum 15 years experience in manufacturing (electrical / instrumentation industry)
• Candidates must at least process of bachelor degree from Instrumentation Engineering background or Technik Electro
• Age maximum 45 years old
• Know the electrical and instrumentation very well
• Support 24/7 hours general shift and full shift and ready to on call
