Job summary

PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia seeks an Instrument & Control Junior Technician (ICJT) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on I&C systems at the Batang operation site. You will support outage activities, document daily tasks, and ensure compliance with PTW procedures under supervision.

Minimum D3 in Engineering Physics/Instrumentation/Electrical with 3.0 GPA; fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ industrial power maintenance experience; skilled in MS Office; proficient in English; willing

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Engineering Physics, Instrumentation Engineering or Electrical Engineering with GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience in industrial electricity power system maintenance.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to be stationed in Batang, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Instrument and Control (I&C) systems.
• Maintain workshop 5S, keeping tools and equipment ready-to-use.
• Carry out maintenance activities in compliance with HSE standards.
• Participate in outage activities and continuous maintenance under supervision.
• Execute and document daily tasks and report to the Supervisor.
• Understand and comply with Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
• Perform additional tasks to support organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Instrument and Control (I&C) systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness (5S) of the workshop area, ensuring that tools and equipment are always in ready-to-use condition.
• Carry out maintenance activities in compliance with HSE standards.
• Participate in outage activities and continuous maintenance to minimize operational disruptions, under the supervision of Senior Technician and Supervisor.
• Execute and document daily work tasks and report to the Supervisor.
• Understand and comply with applicable Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering Physics, Instrumentation Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA is 3.0 of 4.0.

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience in industrial electricity power system maintenance

Proficient in basic computer operations (hardware and software) and programming applications; competent in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Willing to be stationed in Batang, Central Java.
