Job summary

PT Jawa Satu Power (JSP) is seeking an Instrumentation & Control Technician to maintain and calibrate plant control systems, read P&IDs, and support commissioning and major maintenance projects. The role emphasizes troubleshooting and ensuring safety and reliability in a large CCGT facility.

The candidate should have a Diploma (D3) in Instrumentation or related field, 5+ years in power plant maintenance, and experience with Siemens S7 PLC, Allen-Bradley, GE MKVIe, and MAXIMO CMMS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in instrumentation/related field.
• 5+ years' experience in instrumentation & control maintenance in power plants or similar.
• Strong understanding of power plant operations and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, calibration, testing, and documentation of control and instrumentation systems.
• Troubleshoot faults in control systems, devices, and related components.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, control logic, and equipment drawings to support maintenance.
• Maintain CMMS records, reports, and maintenance history.
• Support commissioning and major maintenance projects as needed.
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure safe, compliant work.
