Job summary

Look Media is seeking a driven final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology to help create content outlines, storyboards, and detailed learning scripts for interactive modules and videos. You will design end-to-end learning flows, including course structure, objectives, and user journey.

You will monitor quality, revise materials based on feedback, and collaborate with product development and client teams to keep content engaging and aligned with learning goals.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology or a related field.
• Proficient with Training Needs Analysis concepts.
• Able to join immediately and willing to work hybrid (WFO & WFH).
• Basic experience in creating content outlines, storyboards, or learning content is a plus.

Design end-to-end learning flow, including course structure, objectives, and user journey.

Monitor product quality and revise materials based on feedback, testing, and project requirements.

Requirements:

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Educational Technology or a related field.

Familiar with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) concepts.

Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Docs and Google Slides).

Basic experience in creating content outlines, storyboards, or learning content is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to structure content clearly.

Able to join immediately and willing to work hybrid (WFO & WFH) at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
