Job summary

Insider One, based in Jakarta, seeks a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify sales opportunities. You will follow up on inbound leads and execute outbound outreach to potential customers in Australia and beyond, working from the Jakarta office.

The ideal candidate is a new graduate with a degree, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• New Graduates are highly encouraged.
• University degree in related fields is required.
• Inside sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Creative about researching markets, identifying key players and generating leads.
• Flexible and fast learner in a start-up environment.
