Job summary

Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis seeks a Technology Research & Innovation Officer to drive technology research and innovation initiatives. You will explore emerging technologies, evaluate potential applications, and develop prototypes and PoCs with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to turn trends into practical solutions.

The role emphasizes experimentation, exploration, and continuous learning, enabling MVPs and new business opportunities within Indonesia's digital payment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in technology, R&D, or innovation.
• Experience in technology research, R&D, prototyping, or solution development.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Blockchain, Data Platform, Core Systems, or Cloud-native Architecture.
• Experience with technology assessments, feasibility studies, and PoC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable with experimentation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technology research and contribute to R&D and technology innovation roadmaps.
• Explore emerging technologies and develop PoCs and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to identify opportunities.
• Document findings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
