Diageo Bali is seeking a Supply Chain Innovation & Brand Change Specialist to drive the innovation and brand change pipeline across LKJ, Imported Spirits and Beer. You will work with procurement, suppliers and cross-functional teams to define productivity ideas, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage SAP PLM data for components and SKUs.

The role focuses on delivering NSV and growth while meeting governance standards and cost objectives.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in a technical field with English fluency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 5 years in FMCG industry.
• Experience in ISO 9001, project management and manufacturing improvement.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Understand Brand Technical Centre and Brand Services processes.
• Familiar with Project Management platform and Gate process.
• Proficient in MS Office and Diageo tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver innovation and brand change pipeline with stakeholders.
• Execute and manage LKJ, Imported Spirits and Beer projects.
• Lead packaging development.
• Run project calls to keep initiatives on track; support brand marketing and technical managers.
• Support regulatory manager to register brand to BPOM.
• Manage gate papers as a business process.
• Execute projects on time and maintain SAP PLM data accuracy.
• Prepare product data and developmental transactions accurately.
