Job summary

Diageo Indonesia is seeking a results-driven professional to lead the Innovation and Brand Changes portfolio across Indonesia and APAC sourcing, translating brand ambitions into supply-ready solutions that deliver growth and efficiency.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive development of materials, packaging, and processes, and uncover productivity opportunities while protecting product quality and brand equity.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in innovation, technical, operations within FMCG, food & beverage or manufacturing.
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Innovation and Brand Changes projects across Indonesia and APAC sourcing.
• Coordinate Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Finance and regional stakeholders for delivery.
• Develop, qualify, optimize raw materials, packaging, and processes.
• Identify productivity and cost-optimization opportunities while maintaining quality and brand standards.
• Ensure robust project governance with milestones, risk management and stakeholder communication.

About this role

To lead the execution of the Innovation and Brand Changes portfolio across Indonesia and APAC sourcing, translating business and brand ambitions into supply-ready solutions that deliver growth, productivity, and competitive advantage.

The role acts as the Indonesia Supply Lead, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovation and brand change projects with excellence in speed, quality, cost, sustainability, and supply resilience.

The role leads to the development and continuous improvement of raw materials, packaging, technical specifications, and processes, while identifying and delivering productivity opportunities that enhance cost competitiveness and operational efficiency without compromising product quality, consumer experience, or brand equity.

You will be responsible for:

• Innovation & Brand Changes Portfolio Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned Innovation and Brand Changes projects across Indonesia and APAC sourcing, translating business and brand requirements into feasible, supply-ready solutions that meet agreed timelines, quality, cost, sustainability, and supply resilience objectives.
• Indonesia Supply & Cross-Functional: Act as the Indonesia Supply Lead, coordinating Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and regional stakeholders to align technical and supply requirements, resolve project dependencies, and ensure successful delivery from concept development through commercialization and implementation.
• Technical Materials, Packaging & Process Development: Lead the development, qualification, optimization, and continuous improvement of raw materials, packaging, technical specifications, and manufacturing processes, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with product quality and brand standards.
• Productivity & Value Creation: Identify, quantify, and deliver productivity and cost optimization opportunities across materials, packaging, specifications, sourcing, and processes, improving cost competitiveness and operational efficiency while protecting consumer experience, product quality, brand equity, sustainability, and supply continuity.
• Project Governance, Risk & Execution Excellence: Drive robust project governance and execution discipline, including milestones, business cases, risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, accelerate critical issues, and provide timely recommendations to ensure projects are delivered successfully and generate the intended business value.

The required qualifications for this role are:

3-5+ years of experience in innovation, technical, operation within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing environments. Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Packaging, Supply Chain, or related technical/business discipline.
