Job summary

Diageo Bali location seeks a Supply Innovation & Brand Change Specialist to drive innovation and brand change initiatives, coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. You will manage data in SAP PLM and support regulatory and packaging development while delivering timely project milestones.

Your role contributes to NSV and Growth, aligning with the IBC governance framework and the 2030 Spirit of Progress ambitions for raw materials and packaging.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities per DIAGEO Leadership standard.
• Degree/Diploma level qualification, ideally in technical area, English fluency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in R&D or business development is a plus.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and be accountable for performance.
• Understanding of Brand Technical Centre and Processes; familiarity with Gate processes.
• Good report preparation and presentation skills.
• 5+ years in FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the innovation and brand change pipeline per stakeholder agreements.
• Lead packaging development and manage project calls for LKJ, Imported Spirits, and Beer.
• Support brand marketing and technical managers on large-scale projects.
• Assist regulatory registration for BPOM.
• Manage gate papers and SAP PLM data creation processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely product data and developmental transactions.
• Drive cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and supplier insights.
