B. Braun Indonesia is seeking an experienced Infusion Technology Manager to expand Infusion Therapy business in Jakarta. Lead project opportunities, manage distributors, and strengthen hospital partnerships across Cakung, Ciputat, and Bogor territories.

This independent contributor role focuses on ownership of projects and distributor performance. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in medical devices sales, hospital project experience, and a degree in science, marketing, nursing, or related

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales, especially capital assets and hospital projects.
• Proven ability to manage distributors and drive government/private tender opportunities.
• Strong relationships with hospitals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth for Automated Infusion Pumps and Infusion Therapy solutions through project-based opportunities in government and private healthcare.
• Manage and develop distributor partners to ensure coverage, tender execution, pipeline management, and profitability targets.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders to expand market penetration and secure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, KAM, Central Division) and coordinate with distributors to execute sales plans.
• Lead and develop the sales team to implement company strategies and achieve ROI across the territory.
