Job summary

ACE ZETA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Engineer for on-site positions in Batam and Jakarta. You will manage RMAs, troubleshoot at customer sites, and support end-to-end service processes.

Join a team focused on rapid problem resolution and product repair. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent experience, 1+ year in customer-facing datacenter support, and strong knowledge of x86 servers, BIOS and firmware. Indonesian and English proficiency are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role servicing datacenter products.
• Strong knowledge of x86 server systems, BMC, BIOS and firmware.
• Proficient communication in Indonesian and English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process RMA requests promptly.
• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and repair systems.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for field and vendor issues.
• Repair and test returned products and assist with RTV processes.
• Train customers and document service procedures.
