Job summary

Kredivo Group in Indonesia seeks an InfraOps Engineer (SDE1) to support design, deployment, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems. You will work under senior engineers to execute well-defined tasks and progressively take ownership as you grow.

This role focuses on provisioning infrastructure on AWS/GCP, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, scripting, and incident support, with collaboration across development and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar).
• Basic familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker; Kubernetes exposure is a plus).
• Basic scripting ability (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Fundamental understanding of Linux systems and command-line usage.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP).
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Basic hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support: Provision and maintain infrastructure components on cloud platforms under supervision.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build, run, and maintain existing CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot failures.
• Monitoring: Set up and maintain basic monitoring and alerting for applications and infra.
• Automation: Write simple scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Documentation: Document infrastructure changes, runbooks, and processes.
• Incident Support: Assist during incident response by gathering logs and running runbooks.
• Collaboration: Work with development and QA teams to support deployments.
• Learning & Development: Learn DevOps tools, cloud services, and best practices through pairing and reviews.

About The Job

• Infrastructure Support: Assist in provisioning and maintaining infrastructure components on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) under supervision.

• Monitoring: Help set up and maintain basic monitoring and alerting for applications and infrastructure.

• Incident Support: Assist senior engineers during incident response by gathering logs, executing runbook steps, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to support deployments and resolve straightforward operational issues.
• Learning & Development: Actively build knowledge of DevOps tools, cloud services, and best practices through pairing, code reviews, and mentorship.

About You

• 1+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar).
• Basic familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker; Kubernetes exposure is a plus).
