PT YKK AP INDONESIA is seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and monitor IT projects, analyze business requirements, and develop BRDs. You will perform system analysis, QA test case creation, and help maintain applications and databases, while coordinating with users and departments to resolve issues and document processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or CS.
• Knowledge of SDLC and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with IT project management and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor IT projects including vendor assessments, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking.
• Analyze business requirements and develop BRDs.
• Perform system analysis and create QA test cases.
• Develop, improve, and maintain applications using appropriate programming languages.
• Perform database administration including PL/SQL and backups.
• Provide support for daily IT inquiries and help tickets related to business applications.
• Coordinate with users and departments to identify system requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain system and project documentation.
• Support system automation and software testing activities.
• Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement and process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of system development and software engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA Macro, VB.Net, PHP, or Python.
• Knowledge of database administration, including PL/SQL, SQL Query, Trigger, and Function.
• Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with IT project management and project scheduling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace (Google Slides & Spreadsheet).
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Analyze business requirements and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Perform system analysis and create test cases for system Quality Assurance (QA).
• Develop, improve, and maintain applications using appropriate programming languages.
• Perform database administration, including database creation, maintenance, PL/SQL, and backup activities.
• Provide support for daily IT inquiries and help ticketing related to business applications and systems.
• Coordinate with users and relevant departments to identify system requirements and resolve application-related issues.
