PT FCL INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, source influencers, negotiate terms, and coordinate collaborations.

You will develop strategies, content plans, and schedules aligned with brand goals, monitor trends in the beauty sector, review content for brand alignment, and report ROI with actionable optimizations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience in managing overseas influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proficient in English with strong written communication and negotiation skills.

• Develop content ideas, review influencer content and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and product selling points.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas influencers and coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI and prepare reports with actionable optimization strategies.
