Kitabisa sedang mencari desainer visual untuk mendukung kampanye crowdfunding melalui kemitraan. Anda akan membuat aset kampanye, konten media sosial, branding digital-offline, dan materi promosi lainnya demi konsistensi merek.

Portofolio kuat diperlukan dengan pengalaman desain kampanye digital, branding, atau konten visual lain. Lokasi di Jabodetabek, bekerja hybrid di kantor South Jakarta minimal 2x seminggu.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates atau 1–2 tahun pengalaman di Visual Design/Desain Grafis atau bidang terkait.
• Berdomisili di area Jabodetabek dan bersedia bekerja di kantor South Jakarta minimal 2x seminggu.
• Mampu berkolaborasi dengan tim Partnership dalam lingkungan kerja hybrid.
• Portofolio kuat proyek desain kampanye digital, branding, konten media sosial, atau pekerjaan visual relevan.

Responsibilities

• Design materi visual untuk kampanye Kitabisa (Partnership Team).
• Terjemahkan briefs kreatif menjadi desain yang menarik dan konsisten dengan brand.
• Jaga rapi file dan aset desain untuk akses mudah di masa depan.
• Selalu mengikuti tren visual dan membawa ide segar untuk meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi visual.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Design visual materials to support Kitabisa crowdfunding campaigns (Partnership Team), including campaign assets, social media content, digital-offline branding, and other promotional materials.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into engaging and effective visual designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and future use.
• Stay updated on relevant visual and design trends and bring fresh ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of Partnership Team's visual communication.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Based in the Jabodetabek area and willing to work from our South Jakarta office at least 2x per week.
• Able to collaborate effectively with the Partnership team in a hybrid working environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including digital campaigns, branding, social media content, or other relevant visual work.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma or similar tools.
• Good understanding of basic design principles, including composition, typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and develop design skills.
