Job summary

PT IPI SUNIJAYA invites a proactive Technical Sales professional to grow Coreshield insulation and fire protection products in Indonesia's industrial sector. You will visit factories, present technical solutions, and close sales with strong negotiation and reporting discipline.

We seek a candidate with 1–2 years B2B sales experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel regularly to Cisauk and surrounding sites. MS Office proficiency is required for accurate sales tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in B2B sales, industrial sector preferred.
• Experience with insulation or passive fire protection is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Willing to visit factories and sites regularly.
• Proficient in sales reporting and MS Office.
• Willing to work in Cisauk, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in the industrial sector.
• Conduct direct visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Assess customer needs and propose Coreshield solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities to close sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipelines and regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
