Job summary

DNX Indonesia is seeking a Business Partner to provide practical and compliant employee and industrial relations support to management and operational sites. The role includes applying Indonesian employment law, Company Regulations and HR policies, and partnering with leaders to promote industrial harmony.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in mining or manufacturing environments, with strong knowledge of Indonesian labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant Industrial Relations experience, preferably in mining/manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor and employment legislation with experience handling employee relations cases
• MS Office proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to be placed at DNX Indonesia area sites as needed

Microsoft Office Intermediate to Advanced Level

English proficiency, both written and verbal

Willing to be placed in all DNX Indonesia area site as needed
