PT.Kencana Garment Indonesia is seeking an Industrial Engineering professional to lead time studies and SMV/SAM calculations for our garment production lines. The role focuses on line balancing, workforce analysis, and identifying bottlenecks to boost efficiency.

You will optimize production processes, analyze capacity and bottlenecks, and provide concrete improvement solutions. A D3 or S1 in IE is required, with garment industry experience preferred; proficiency in Excel is essential, and

Qualifikationen

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, preferably with garment-industry exposure.
• Proficient in SMV, Time Study, and Line Balancing.
• Strong Excel data-analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of sewing production processes is advantageous.
• Mandarin language ability is a plus.

About you

Mandarin language ability is an advantage
